Prices are per apartment per week and include bed linen and towels. Free Wi-Fi internet access is also available.

Local tax
Local tax is charged separately. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax. The local tax is payable at the time of departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.

Pets
We regret that pets are not allowed at Apartments Miraval.

Smoking
We are a non-smoking establishment.

Arrival and departure
Your apartment is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you are arriving after 18:00, please let us know by telephone. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 am.

Payment
We kindly ask you to pay your bill on the day of arrival. Payments up to €4,999 can be made in cash. For amounts over €5,000 we accept debit and credit cards.

Cancellations
Please note that cancellations will only be accepted in writing and are subject to the following cancellation conditions (see Art. 7 General Terms and Conditions):
• Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the total amount
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total amount
• During the last week before arrival: 100% of the total amount minus the costs according to art. 7 General conditions
• In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged
• Administration fee: €50

Travel Cancellation Insurance
We recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance with Covid-19 protection when booking. This insurance protects you against cancellation fees if you are unable to travel for a valid reason.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
